Huxley - Fjord Dinner and Meeting - April 9, 2011

Slater - Planning Fall Cemetery Walk - Meeting March 29, 2011

The Slater Area Historical Association is planning a cemetery walk this coming fall.  All interested people are welcome to attend a meeting March 29, at 7 p.m., in Heritage Hall.  If you have information on the families buried in the Slater Municipal Cemetery to share with the group or would like additional details, please contact Howard Hammond (515-685-2271) or Myrna Harmon (515-685-3488).

Ames Third Lecture in Historical Series 2011 - March 29

All of the lectures in the series will be at 7 pm on the last Tuesday of the month.  Location:  Ames City Auditorium, 520 Sixth Street, Ames.  A $2 donation is requested at the door.
